We always stress clients first look at our headpiece processing times as while the majority of our designs may be in stock & ready to be dispatched to the post office within 1-2 working days, there are others that may take us a little more time to make or customise, meaning they join our order queue which could be as little as one day, but as long as four weeks.

As for shipping times, we put all our international orders on New Zealand Post’s courier service which has a 5-7 working day delivery target (not guarantee!) to get items to the UAE.

As we stress, a delivery target is not a guaranteed delivery time & delays in post can & do  happen, so we always suggest clients purchase their headpiece well in advance of any event it may be required for.

However, if you’re like one half of us and are notoriously ‘last minute’ & willing to take a risk on delivery times (understanding that delays can happen and this may mean your headpiece does not arrive in time), we would suggest the absolute last date you could possibly click ‘buy now’ (assuming an item is in stock & ready to ship), would be Wednesday 15 March 2017. Otherwise, assuming an item is ready to dispatch within 3 working days, your deadline would be Monday 13 March 2017.

If in doubt, please always feel free to message us before purchase & we will give you our opinion!
